Why “Then What?”
A calculator can give you a number. Money, Then What? helps you understand what that number means, compare practical choices, and see which connected question may be worth exploring next. You decide what comes next.

An example with fictional numbers
| Savings goal: $1,200 | Original plan | What If? |
|---|---|---|
| Set aside each month | $100 | $200 |
| Estimated time to goal | 12 months | 6 months |
This example starts with $0 saved and no debts. The original plan has $2,000 monthly income and $1,900 in expenses. What If? adds $100 available each month and puts it toward the same savings goal. These are estimates from the Money Map calculation, assuming the amounts stay the same. Trying What If? leaves the saved Map unchanged.

Compare payoff approachesBuilt for real-life money decisions
This started with a simple problem: money decisions rarely happen one at a time. A change in debt, bills, income and everyday spending, savings, priorities, or goals can affect everything else. Money, Then What? is being built to make those connections easier to see, while leaving the decisions where they belong: with you.
Money, Then What? is independently built and operated.
